Rođen 1955. u Beogradu. Studirao filozofiju. Bio novinar, pa mali privrednik. Sada političko-ekonomski konsultant, analitičar, politički trener i fasilitator. Živi u Zemunu. Radio za više stranih konsultantskih kompanija ili međunarodnih nevladinih organizacija. Oženjen, otac dva odrasla sina. Tečno govori i piše engleski, a služi se i nemačkim i slovenačkim jezikom.

Član Saveza reformskih snaga (SRSJ/S), odn. Reformske stranke (RS), odn. Građanskog saveza Srbije (GSS), odn. Liberalno demokratske partije (LDP), od avgusta 1990. Član Predsedništva SRSJ/S 1991-1992. Član Glavnog odbora RS 1992-1994. Član Glavnog odbora GSS 1994-2007 i Predsedništva GSS 2003-2007. Delegat u ime GSS na tri kongresa Liberalne internacionale ili Evropske partije liberala i demokrata (ELDR) i član Izborne komisije na Kongresu Liberalne internacionale u Marakešu 2006.

Član Glavnog odbora LDP od 2007. Član Odbora za EU integracije LDP od 2008. V.d. internacionalnog sekretara LDP od 2008. Član delegacije LDP na Kongresu ELDR u Stokholmu 2008.

Kandidat za narodnog poslanika na izborima 1990, 1992, 2007. i 2008. Predsednik ili član biračkog odbora na raznim izborima 1993, 2002, 2003, 2004. i 2008. Posmatrač u ime CeSID-a na republičkim izborima 1997.

Odbornik u SO Zemun 1996-2004, šef Odborničke grupe DOS u SO Zemun 2000-2003, predsednik Odbora za međunarodnu i međuopštinsku saradnju SO Zemun 2000-2004 i predsednik, odn. potpredsednik školskih odbora u Zemunu 2001-2006. Član Odbora za privredu i finansije Saveza slobodnih gradova i opština 1997-2000. Član Upravnog odbora JP „Gradsko stambeno“ u Beogradu od decembra 2008.

Osnivač Udruženja za borbu protiv smrtne kazne i član 1981-1984, sve do zabrane rada Udruženja. Pokretač, suorganizator ili učesnik brojnih građanskih inicijativa za poštovanje ljudskih prava u SFRJ tokom 1980-tih. Osnivač, član ili volonter nekoliko NVO u Srbiji posle 1991. Član Upravnog odbora LiNeta. Član profesionalnog udruženja Mreža fasilitatora Srbije. Član međunarodnog foruma za podsticanje saradnje razvijenih i zemalja u razvoju „Treće veće“, u Holandiji, za 2007. i za 2008/2009.

Born in 1955 in Belgrade. Philosophy studies, then a journalist, then a small entrepreneur. Currently working as political/economic consultant, analyst, trainer or facilitator with foreign consulting companies or transnational NGOs. Living in Zemun. Married. Father of two. Fluent in oral and written English. Working capacity of German and Slovenian.

Since 1990, a member of the predecessor political parties to the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP), including member of the Presidency of the SRSJ/S betw. 1991-1992, member of the Central Board of the RS betw. 1992-1994, member of the Central Board of the Civic Alliance of Serbia (GSS) betw. 1994-2003 and member of the Presidency of the GSS betw. 2003-2007. On behalf of the GSS, a delegate to three congresses of the Liberal International (LI) or ELDR, including member of the Electoral Board of the LI Congres in Marrakesh in 2006.

A member of the Liberal Democratic Party and member of its Central Board since 2007. Member of the LDP`s policy making Committee for EU Integration Affairs since 2008. Acting International Secretary of the LDP since 2008. A member of the LDP delegation to the ELDR Congress in Stockholm in 2008.

A candidate for MP in the National Assembly of Serbia in 1990, 1992, 2007 and 2008. The head or a member of the polling boards at various elections in 1993, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2008. An independent observer on behalf of the Center for Free Elections and Democracy (CeSID) at the national elections in 1997.

A local councillor in the Municipality of Zemun betw. 1996-2004. The caucus floor leader of the Coalition DOS in the Municipality Council of Zemun betw. 2000-2003. Head of the Committee for International and Intermunicipal Cooperation at the Municipality Council in Zemun betw. 2000-2004. Head resp. Dp.Head of the school board in two schools in Zemun betw. 2001-2006. A member of the Committee for Commerce and Finance of the Association of Free Towns and Municipalities of Serbia betw. 1997-2000. A member of the Steering Board of the communal enterprize for maintenance of appartment blocks JP „Gradsko stambeno“ in Belgrade since December 2008.

A founder of an NGO - the Association for Abolition of the Capital Punishment - in 1981, and its member until it was banned in 1984. Coordinator or participant in numerous human-rights-advocacy civic intiatives in the former Yugoslavia, throughout 1980`s. Founder, member or volunteer in several anti-war NGOs beyond 1991. A member of the Board of LiNet. A member of the professional association Facilitators Network Serbia. During 2007 and in 2008/2009, a member of the multi-national forum „The Third Chamber“, in Netherlands, a shadow parliament dealing with issues of the international development cooperation.
